Italian Grand Prix
Experience the pulse of racing up close
The Italy Grand Prix™ at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza is synonymous with pure speed. The legendary circuit, known as the "Temple of Speed", pushes the Formula 1®cars to the absolute limit more than on any other track. Long straights, hard braking points and tight chicanes demand maximum courage, perfect timing and uncompromising efficiency.
Cars drive at full throttle for large parts of the lap, with overtaking maneuvers resulting from extreme braking duels and minimal gaps. Every lap is a high-speed ride where the smallest mistakes have major consequences. When the engines reverberate through the Royal Park of Monza and the grandstands shake with excitement, Formula 1® reveals itself in its rawest, fastest form. Monza is not a race for restraint - it is a celebration of speed.
History & Tradition
The Italian Grand Prix™ is one of the cornerstones of Formula 1®history and has been part of the world championship calendar almost continuously since 1950. Monza is one of the oldest permanent racetracks in the world and is inextricably linked to the great eras of motorsport. Hardly any other circuit has produced so many legends - and experienced so many unforgettable moments.
Above all, the passion of the Tifosi makes the race unique. When Ferrari competes in red on home soil, Monza becomes the most emotional stage in Formula 1. Despite technical developments and modern safety concepts, the circuit has retained its character: fast, uncompromising and steeped in tradition. Winning in Monza is not just a sporting victory - it is a victory in the heart of motorsport.
